Taking potty training to the next level

I decided to move Molly into panties and training pants to see what would happen. So far she has wetted two pairs (first hour up)

Molly loves her "fort bed"

Unexpected benefit

An unexpected benefit of how I attached the side railing is that it can be made into a fort. I suspect that this will help with transitioning here to normal bed.

Compromise idea

Attaching the side railing by just the top part, Molly is able to escape the bed if needed and still feel safe and enclosed. She did fall out last night though so I have to be sure to put the other safety-railing in place.

Trying the big girl bed

I decided, with Molly's agreement to take one side off her bed, making it a "big girl bed." However, when it came to sleeping, Molly was disturbed about the open side and I had to put it back in place.

Post Trick-or-Treat Update

Molly is sitting at the kitchen table, in her Unicorn costume, in front of a huge pile of unwrapped candy -- taffy, runts, lemonheads, smarties, and dots... she's eating pretzels that I pulled out of the cabinet. She wanted all of the candy open, but didn't want to try to taste any of it. Ugh. Oh well...

Molly says, "I like pretzels, they're good... candy not good. Pretzels good."
